That sous chef could WIN Top Chef. If you do not watch that program, let me put it this way. Most coconut fried shrimp are heavy on the batter and over cooked. This was actually DELICATE and I did not order the shrimp. I ordered the Grouper which was amazing. I have never gotten an overcooked bite. This is the best seafood in town. Period. And they are very nice too. Go. Early, because otherwise you will wait in season. GREAT, not fancy, just fabulous fresh fish cooked to perfection.
